Dr. Jared T. Lee
Orthodontist
Dr. Jared T. Lee, his wife Debi and their three children are proud to call Santa Paula their home. Active in the community, Dr. Lee is a member of the Santa Paula Rotary Club and a leader in the local Boy Scouts of America. He is also a member of the Association of Orthodontists and Pacific Coast Society of Orthodontists. “My treatment philosophy is to always put my patients’ best interests first.” He is honored to serve the people of Santa Paula, Oxnard, Ventura, Ojai, Fillmore, Camarillo, and beyond. Dr. Lee loves being able to speak with patients and parents in their most comfortable language, whether it is Spanish or English. But not Korean, sorry.

NancyMarie
Financial Coordinator
NancyMarie has had the wonderful opportunity to work in some of the finest general and specialty dental offices in the area during her career as a Registered Dental Assistant, but admits that she has fallen in love with orthodontics: “It’s the best!” she says. NancyMarie has a special gift for making people feel at ease. As our Financial Coordinator, she will help you navigate insurance plans and payment options, in Spanish or English, or a mix of both, if you prefer. She joined us in 2012—our very first employee! NancyMarie and her husband have loved living in Ventura for many years and are the proud parents of three boys and a girl.
Jocelyn
Communications Coordinator
A top graduate of Santa Paula High School, we are honored to have had Jocelyn on our team since 2014. “As a former patient of Dr. Lee’s, I know how a new smile can change your outlook on life, and it’s one of the reasons I wanted to work here. It’s fun to see that change in people every day.” Jocelyn helps keep our office running smoothly and on time whether in Spanish or English, but we love her most for her infectious laugh and bright smile—what you’re likely to see first as you come into our office—and her mom’s fantastic cooking.
Debi Lee
Team Mom
When Dr. Lee says “we,” it’s not because he has a mouse in his pocket. It’s because this whole thing was built together with this woman. Married while undergrads, Debi graduated first and worked in health benefits consulting for several years while her husband did his dental and orthodontic training. His last day of school was on their 10th anniversary. Debi left her consulting job when their first children, boy/girl twins, were born, only to return to work with him when construction started on their first office in 2012. She now does much of her work from home, but she says that when she does come to the office, it always brightens her day. “It’s impossible to be grumpy when you hear good music and laughter throughout the office. Plus, the orthodontist is super handsome.
